FANN FOR FACILITIES MANAGEMENT SERVICES

FANN FOR FACILITIES MANAGEMENT SERVICES is a Dubai-based contractor specialising in exhibition stand design and build, event production and interior fit-out across the UAE. Founded in 2021, FANN has delivered 200+ projects for exhibitors, brands and businesses in Dubai, Abu Dhabi and the wider Emirates.

Exhibitions are FANN’s core business. The team designs, fabricates and installs custom exhibition stands for exhibitors at Dubai World Trade Centre, Abu Dhabi National Exhibition Centre (ADNEC) and Expo City Dubai, covering major UAE trade shows including GITEX, Gulfood, Big 5 Global, ADIPEC, Arab Health and WETEX. Every stand project runs end to end: brief and 3D concept, technical drawings and organiser approvals, in-house fabrication, graphics, transport, on-site installation and post-show dismantling. A completed project at a Dubai World Trade Centre show – TREVOS at Light Middle East, Dubai 2023 – documents the team’s DWTC build experience.

Events are the second line of work. FANN produces corporate events, product launches, conferences, brand activations and mall promotions in the UAE, handling staging, scenic builds, lighting, audio-visual coordination and on-site crew.

Interior fit-out is the third. FANN delivers commercial fit-out for offices, retail units, restaurants, clinics and villas in Dubai, from space planning and joinery to MEP coordination and handover, carried out to Dubai authority requirements.

Production is supported by FANN’s own workshop in Umm Al Quwain, which fabricates stand structures, joinery and event elements, while the sales and project office operates from Office No. 508, Dusseldorf Business Center, Al Barsha 1, Dubai.

FANN works with marketing managers, exhibition coordinators and business owners who need one accountable contractor for design through delivery. To discuss a stand, event or fit-out project, contact the team through fann.ae or visit the Dubai office.
